• Your statement declaring that you are exercising your right and providing the attached Infringement notice with a good faith and with a reasonable belief that that the use of the protected materials, specified in the Infringement notice breaches your copyrights as it is specified in the applicable copyright regulations
• Your electronic or wet signature

Upon the receipt of the Infringement notice it will be considered and allowed as soon as possible, but within the terms, specified in the applicable regulations.

If necessary and/or required by applicable regulations, we will remove the materials in question, disable access to them, and/or terminate the accounts of customers who infringe or are accused of infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
